If coming from the A35 motorway, take exit 17 (Sélestat) and head towards Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines then Col des Bagenelles. If coming from Saint-Dié via the tunnel and the N59, head towards the centre of Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines then Col des Bagenelles.

EQUIPMENT
The equipment required for tours of the mine is provided: helmet with disposable liner and headlight. Please bring warm clothing and closed shoes for the guided tour of the mine: the temperature underground is about 10 °C all year round.
The classic visit does not present any particular difficulties and is accessible to all, except for people with reduced mobility.
